How fast is delivery?

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 4-8 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can’t guarantee them.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Package & Shipping

I approach packaging with eco-friendliness in mind. I reuse all bubble wrap, boxes and other packaging I get. That means that your parcel might not look super fancy (unless you order gift wrapping and packing), but my aim is to get your parcel to be delivered safely and securely whilst reducing wasting.

Shipping methods

I send all my parcels via Lietuvos Pastas.
All items for USA and Europe are send tracked and signed.

I will send tracking number in the note section of the online dispatch note, so check your emails for this

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, all Esu Laume orders are delivered to U.S and Europe securely and fast.

But I am not able to deal with customs on your behalf: Most countries place this responsibility on you as the importer.

I will not be able to get involved in any dispute over fees with either your government or the courier other than confirming and evidencing the value of the shipment on request. I am also unable to alter shipping labels to change either the stated value of the shipment or its contents.

Some countries will not allow certain items to be imported and may seize the whole shipment if you try to import banned items. Countries have every right to protect themselves from possible dangers and illegal items can be as seemingly innocuous as plant material or items which are tested to EU standards rather than those of your country. I will do my best to research your country’s requirements and offer advice but as the importer final responsibility for the legality of the shipment rests with you. If you are in any doubt please contact your customs service for advice.

Does EsuLaume spells work?

For a legal reasons,I must state that all my products I sell are sold as curio items, for entertainment purposes only, and I have no guaranteed outcome or results. The buyer assumes all responsibility for items once purchased. While I wholeheartedly believe in the metaphysical healing powers of Mother Nature, I do not and cannot guarantee any specific results with use of my products: I provide you with the tools – you give the energy and intention and the outcome is up to your magick.

I’ve changed my mind, can I return a product?

Yes, get in contact to let us know what you’ll be sending back and then we will refund you the full amount you paid (including UK delivery) when we get it back. If you are only returning part of an order then we will refund a fair portion of the postage costs.

We can only offer this on items which you haven’t asked us to customize. If your custom item is generic enough to be resalable drop us a line and we’ll see if we can work something out.

You’ve sent the wrong item / a broken item, can I return it?

Wow, that’s embarrassing!

Of course you can. Let us know and we’ll have a courier pick it up from you. Depending on what you want we will either refund you the full amount or replace it.
